Our philosophy and our experience
Due to almost 20 years of experience in personnel consulting, we know that you cannot be successful simply by publishing personnel searching advertisements.
Therefore as a first step in our search for suitable candidates we start with working out an effective personnel potential analysis. Following the reorganisation of his company, an employee finds himself often residing in an other position than which he was designated or appointed to occupy. According to our studies, in most cases he or she then fails to develop his/her skills in accordance with the new requirements and can bring only 50 to 60 % of his/her real performance capacity. This is the very same point at which our consulting program begins to work:
Before we begin to search for new employees, we must find out how the respective periphery looks, which colleagues bring up which achievements and how the future employees can increase the total success of the company in question. Then, we must find out which requirements for future colleagues will contribute to bringing the company forward.
Subsequently together with our client, we determine how the question regarding the personnel situa-tion should be solved with minimum cost and at the greatest efficiency.
Today it is considerably more difficult to find the desired employees
Due to the present demographical situation and high rates of unemployment, Germany is suffering a lack of skilled emloyees, specialists and executive staff. Thanks to our experiences (supported by our internal studies) regarding the fact that the halfth of the employees emigrate to Switzerland, to the East European countries, to the USA or to East Asia, we are convinced that taking simply the "first best" never pays off for the company searching for employees for a particular position.
Therefore we recommend to these companies not to neglect their attention to their image. It is consid-erably more difficult for the companies to awaken the interest of specialists and executive employees to their company without the company fostering its own image. In such situations your personnel con-sultant could seek out candidates, but he would never get them to the company which is in need of these candidates. Then everybody has a problem, the company, the candidates who would fit the position in question and last but not least, the consulting agent himself.
To us, it is the main duty of a consulting agent to set a high value on all these points, be consistent with them and present qualified recommendations and proposals.

Not only the industrial entreprises, but particularly consulting agents as well must be able to react quickly today. Only one or two days after your call we will be visiting you in your office to review all measures needed regarding the time management, proceedings etc.
Within the same day our search will begin, so that the vacant position can be occupied within 6 - 8 weeks. It is in our interest to have a vacant position occupied as quickly as possible; we want to pre-sent the top candidate as soon as possible, so that the advertised position can be occupied by "Num-ber One" and not by Number Two or Three.
